TCODEs	DB02 – Database size analysis – Largest table, indexes. DBACOCKPIT DB15 Tables of Archiving Object TAANA – Table Analysis SARA – Archive Administration
Execution steps	1. Maintain Archive File Path 2. Maintain Residence Time 3. Maintain Infostructure 4. Check Network graphic to check dependency objects 5. Run Preprocessing program if applicable (example MM_EKKO, it sets deletion flag on record) 6. Run Write program 7. Run Deletion program 8. Run Postprocessing program if applicable (example FI_DOCUMNT, it deletes secondary indexes)

Step 3.	Maintain Infostructure
TCODE	SARA->Archive Information System-Customizing->Find Infostructure for Archiving object and activate. System will generate table for Infostructure

Step 4.	Run Preprocessing Program to set deletion indicator
TCODE	SARA or SE38 Program RM06EV70
Note	Only few objects need preprocessing program execution. Check SARA for which objects need pre-processing

Step 5.	Run Write Program to Archive
TCODE	SARA or SE38 Program RM06EW70

Step 6.	Run deletion program
TCODE	SARA or SE38 Program RM06ED70
Note	Select file which generated in Step5 and execute

Step 7.	Test scenario, call PO number which is Archived
