Pricing – Graduated-to interval scale

Requirement Example: You would like to incentivize your customer by offering the first 10 qty at $100.00, but offering the NEXT 20 qty at a reduced rate of $80.00.  And to complicate things further, you want to offer above 20 qty at an even lower price of $70.00. .
Cumulative, graduated pricing
cumulative, the process must consider the total volume of orders for a given customer over a period of time — not just the volume of a single order
Graduated, you must be able to apply several different prices or discounts to a single line item.
